BOXX Return to Base Warranty
BOXX not only builds custom workstations with best-in-class components, we also support them with our standard three year limited warranty. Three years? That’s right, and no other manufacturer’s warranty even comes close.
After contacting technical support on 01256 378 060, our Support Technician may determine that the best corrective action to repair your system is to return it to our Repair Centre. The Support Technician will issue a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number to you to enable you to ship the material back to our facility for repair. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Shipping charges will be paid by you (the customer) for the return and by Centerprise to return the repaired system back to you. All warranty returns to BOXX Technologies must be shipped in the original packing material or appropriate replacement shipping materials provided by BOXX Technologies. If you require packing materials, please contact BOXX Technical Support. Shipments arriving in non-standard or other than original packaging may result in additional charges or void the warranty.
BOXX Onsite Warranty
We also offer (at time of purchase) an optional Onsite Warranty program which provides onsite support for hardware. After diagnosising the problem with our support technician, a member of our team will arrange to go on site with a replacement part to correct your problem.
